These self-pace programs are going to leverage you as you continue to equip, educate, and empower yourself on your health journey. Each program will have modules to work through and learn from.
A new module will be released every Friday under Island Access/Modules in the membership area.
Releasing them on Fridays will give you the weekend to soak in the new learning block and if you find you want additional information, help or have questions about the information in the module, you'll have plenty of time to snag a live group coaching ticket with Coach Kelly Frick.
Some of these programs were offered outside of the Island before, but it was decided that giving YOU ACCESS to what you wanted, when you wanted it, and all in one place was the better way to go!
Each module will remain on the Island and each week a NEW one will be added! You will have access to every module in the library for as long as your membership is active!
